BOYDS BEAR BEARSTONES®

The Values in this Guide were updated in May of 2008. This is probably the lowest
the values have been since the beginning of the Bearstone® line. Given the circumstances
of the current economy these values can be expected. As conditions in the economy
improve so will the values of these stones. This is all short term. In the long term, the
values of these stones can be expected to increase proportionate to the longevity
of the collectors (whether serious or casual). DO NOT run out and sell off your collection!
Temporary declines are always part of this type of collecting. It is like the stock market.
There are common adjustments, but the adjustments rebound. We suggest -- hold'm!
Tomorrow will come full circle and the outlook will be much better.
