Bailey The Baker RS was issued in 1999. This is when the original
version was actually retired. This RS is quite different from the
original. It is a transformation close to the early Simone DeBevoire,
Bailey and Byron & Chedda changes. The RS began in within the
last several editions of the original version as a ??E and then began
anew with 1E.
