This was an issue of 1000. As with Tommy Bearyproud, which was
released as a PE at the same time, the Understamp deviates from all
previous releases in that the numbering of the PE includes the hand-
written "PE" as such #PE304/1000. All previous PEs do not include
a handwritten PE on the piece number line.
