When you join The Bear Collector.com you are enrolled in
our Membership Roll that we maintain. You will receive a
Greeting Message and Member Login message from us providing
you with a User Name & Password to access the Members Area.
Your Email Address will be your User ID for logging
in on the Members Page.
When you join you are also enrolled on a list that is hosted
for us by a list server for the Newsletter and other messages.
You will receive a separate message generated from the list
server. This message confirms your Email address as valid.
IMPORTANT!
You MUST maintain the current Email address you sign up
with. If you do not, you will not receive the Newsletter
and will not be able to login at the Members Area.
If your Email bounces at your given Email Address you will be
automatically removed from the Membership Roll and you will be
required to re-join with a valid Email Address.

When joining The Bear Collector.com
be very accurate while entering your Email Address.
We have had a number of persons who have sought to join,
only to be rejected because the Email Address bounced.
This has usually been due to an error in the Email Address entry!!
If you signed up and have not received a confirmation note
(which should arrive within 24 hrs) from us please trying
rejoining again! And do not despair for we will send you
your Password for the Members Area once your Email confirms.
