CHECK THESE THINGS FIRST **Make sure you are using the proper information, as you received it, when you registered as Member. In this information there are two things --- User Name and Password. EMAIL ADDRESS User Name = Email Address **Be sure you use the same email address you registered with. **Be sure that the email address you use is formatted the same as when you registered, i.e., HOTBOIB@nvb.COM -- must be entered as HOTBOIB@nvb.COM, not hotboib@nvb.com **Your email address cannot contain any spaces within, before or after the entry. **Be sure you use your email address and not your name. **Be sure to include ".com" at the end of your email address or other relevant domain tag, i.e., ".net", ".org". PASSWORD Password is Assigned to you. **Be sure you use the same password you registered with. Passwords are site generated and are assigned. Use the password assigned to you when you registered. **Your password cannot contain any spaces within, before or after the entry. **Your password must be at least six (6) characters long. **Your password is case sensitive. Please make sure you have not improperly included any capital letters. All of our passwords are totally lower case, i.e., rtbear24 **Check to see if you accidentally left your CAPS LOCK on. **The Password must be entered manually. **And if all else fails, check the doggone Email we sent you (and you saved.
