Since we began dealing with Bearstones, we have received many Emails after collectors have opened their packages and viewed their new Bearstones. I wish we had saved them all!! But, alas we did not. I must commend you on the operation of your website!! Your helpfulness, follow-up, instructions, specificity and attention to detail are all attributes not found on any other site I have visited.
